Along the Shore Community Health Board

The role of the Along the Shore Community Health Board is to involve communities along the shore in health planning and service delivery by providing opportunities for people to express their ideas, suggestions, and concerns regarding health care. The board serves West Colchester communities which roughly includes Five Islands to Upper Onslow in Colchester County.
