East Hants Community Health Board

The role of the East Hants Community Health Board involves developing a community health plan, through broad community participation and consultation., that includes strategies to address unmet health needs and to promote and improve the general health of community residents.The board serves the geographic area of Maitland, the Noel Shore to Walton, all areas in and around the communities of Kennetcook, Gore, Rawdon, Nine Mile River, Enfield, Elmsdale, Lantz, Milford and Shubenacadie to the Colchester County line (all of East Hants with the exception of Mount Uniacke).
