South Colchester Community Health Board

The role of the South Colchester Community Health Board is to involve communities in health planning and service delivery by providing opportunities for people to express their ideas, suggestions, and concerns regarding health care.  Based on broad public consultation and participation, The South Colchester Community Health Board develops and regularly updates a Community Health Plan for the area which includes the geographic area and communities in and around Old Barns, Green Oaks, Middle Stewiacke, Newton Mills, Shortts Lake, Cloverdale, Wittenburg, Brentwood, Clifton, Riverside, Otter Brook, Pembrook, Alton, South Branch, Coldstream, Pleasant Valley, Black Rock, Hilden, Upper Stewiacke, Eastville, Stewiacke East, West St. Andres, Gays River, Beaver Brook, Brookfield, Stewiacke Cross Roads, Burside, Lanesville, West St. Andrews, Shubenacadie East.
