Truro & Area Community Health Board

The Truro & Area Community Health Board is responsible for developing a community health plan through broad community participation and consultation. Their community health plan includes the community’s priorities for primary care services and strategies to improve the overall health of the community. The board serves the geographic area and communities in and around Truro, Bible Hill, Camden, Greenfield, Harmony, Kemptown, Lower Harmony, Millbrook, North River, Nuttby, Salmon River, Valley, Lower Truro, and Truro Heights.
